DVD Replication

DVD Replication is made for quantities over 300 discs, this would offer you major savings for your project, and our lead time is 10-14 working days from placing your order. DVD Replication is a method used to manufacture DVD’s, for movies, software, video games etc. Each replication DVD is identical to the original master.

This means that every copy will be perfectly constant. Your DVD master will be checked and then transferred to a glass master which will then be used to create a metal stamper. Your DVD artwork will then litho printed full colour CMYK (or with spot colour) with your design.

At OMOUK we offer a wide range of packaging options including Jewel Cases with paper print with or without Slipcase, full colour Card Wallets, DVD Cases, Digipacks (various digipacks are available) or Plastic Wallets.

How much data can a DVD hold?

DVD-5 is a single layer disc holding 4.37gb of data. This equals to about 120 minutes of film footage.

DVD-9 is a dual layer disc holding 7.95gb of data. This equals to roughly 240 minutes long.

DVD-10 is 2 x DVD-5’s bonded back to back. This means that the disc will hold 4.37gb of data on each side. The disc will need to be turned over to play the other side.

Each surface of the disc needs to be read so this will only leave a small surface area where the disc can be printed. Our prices are lower than you would expect to pay for a high quality professional DVD replication service.
